Provider
Seansy is operated under the Seansy sole proprietor brand and business name as a Turkey-based software business. Seansy is responsible for the Seansy software service, product information, account support and privacy requests. For legal, billing, privacy, refund or support requests, contact info@seansyapp.com. Support is currently available by email.
1. Service
Seansy provides appointment, client, package, session, payment tracking and administrative follow-up tools for service businesses. Seansy does not provide healthcare, therapy, diagnosis, treatment, legal, financial, clinical or medical advice. The service is administrative scheduling and client management software only.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity that happens in your workspace. You must provide accurate account and business information.
3. Customer data
Businesses using Seansy are responsible for having the required notices, consents and legal basis before entering customer, client, patient or member data into the product.
4. Payments and subscriptions
Paid plans may renew automatically unless cancelled through the relevant billing provider, app store or account settings. Web purchases are processed by Paddle. Mobile in-app purchases are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play. Prices and available plans may vary by platform, region and currency.
Our order process for web subscriptions is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for web orders, provides customer service inquiries and handles returns for those orders.
Before starting web checkout, buyers can review the selected plan, price, billing period, renewal terms, Terms of Use and Refund Policy, and can go back to select a different plan before payment.
For web subscriptions, buyers can manage or cancel their subscription from the Paddle receipt email, the billing page where available, or Paddle support at paddle.net.
5. Web purchase activation
After Paddle confirms a successful web payment, Seansy automatically activates the selected workspace plan for the account used at checkout. If activation does not appear after payment, email info@seansyapp.com with the account email and Paddle receipt details.
6. Refunds
Refund requests for web purchases are handled in accordance with the Seansy Refund Policy and Paddle's Refund Policy. Mobile app purchase refunds are handled by Apple App Store or Google Play.
7. Acceptable use
You may not use Seansy to send spam, process unlawful data, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt the service or violate applicable laws.
8. Availability
We aim to keep Seansy reliable, but the service may be unavailable because of maintenance, network issues, third-party providers or events outside our control.
9. Contact and complaints
Questions or complaints about these terms can be sent to info@seansyapp.com. Email is the official support channel for Seansy account, product and policy questions. We aim to respond to support and complaint emails within 2 business days. Paddle buyer support is available at paddle.net.
