Refund Policy

Provider

Seansy is operated under the Seansy sole proprietor brand and business name as a Turkey-based software business. For refund, billing or support requests, contact info@seansyapp.com. Support is currently available by email.

Web purchases

Web subscription purchases are processed by Paddle. Our order process for web subscriptions is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for web orders, provides customer service inquiries and handles returns for those orders.

Refund requests for web purchases are handled in accordance with Paddle's Refund Policy. To request a refund, use the Paddle receipt email, the account billing page where available, or paddle.net. You may also email info@seansyapp.com and we will help route your request to Paddle.

Mobile app purchases

Purchases made through Apple App Store or Google Play are handled by the relevant app store. Refund eligibility and processing are controlled by Apple or Google, and requests should be submitted through the store account used for the purchase.

Subscriptions and cancellations

Canceling a subscription stops future renewal charges. For web subscriptions, use the Paddle receipt email, the account billing page where available, or paddle.net to manage or cancel the subscription. Refund requests related to web subscriptions are handled in accordance with Paddle's Refund Policy.

Activation issues

If Paddle confirms payment but your Seansy plan does not activate, email info@seansyapp.com with your account email and Paddle receipt details. We aim to resolve activation issues within 2 business days.
