Seansy Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Seansy collects, uses, stores, shares and protects information when you use the Seansy mobile application and related services. Seansy is built for businesses that manage appointments, clients, sessions, packages, payments, administrative follow-up and AI-assisted message drafts.
This policy covers Firebase authentication, Firestore storage, subscription management through RevenueCat/App Store/Google Play, manual WhatsApp message drafts, local reminders, CSV import/export, biometric app lock and AI-assisted administrative drafts.
Information We Collect
Seansy may process account information, Firebase user IDs, email addresses, Google or Apple sign-in identifiers, anonymous authentication identifiers, business profile information, staff configuration, customer/client/patient/member records, phone numbers, consent status, appointments, packages, sessions, manual payment and collection records, message logs, notes, sensitive notes entered by the business, CSV imports, local notification settings and subscription metadata.
How We Use Information
We use information to authenticate users, secure access, operate the business workspace, manage appointments, customers, packages, payments, reminders, dashboards, AI-assisted administrative drafts, WhatsApp-ready message drafts, subscription status, plan limits, CSV import/export and local notifications.
Seansy does not automatically send WhatsApp messages. When a business user taps the WhatsApp button, Seansy opens WhatsApp on that user's device with the selected contact and prepared message text. The user must review and tap send inside WhatsApp. WhatsApp/Meta handles message delivery and chat history according to its own policies.
AI Drafts
AI drafts are for administrative communication only. They may be used for reminders, follow-up, payment reminders, renewal prompts or similar operational messages. AI does not automatically send messages and is not intended to provide medical, dental, psychological, legal, financial, therapeutic, diagnostic or treatment advice. Sensitive/private notes are designed to be separated from marketing or campaign-style AI drafts.
Third-Party Services
Seansy may use Firebase/Google Cloud, Firebase Authentication, Firestore, Google Sign-In, Apple Sign-In, RevenueCat, App Store, Google Play Billing, WhatsApp/Meta, local device services and an AI service provider depending on deployment configuration.
Sensitive Information
Some businesses may operate in sensitive sectors such as psychology, therapy, healthcare, dentistry, physiotherapy or dietetics. The business is responsible for deciding what information is appropriate to enter, who may access it and whether consent is required.
Seansy is an administrative business tool and is not a medical device, electronic health record system, emergency service, clinical decision system or professional advice system.
Sharing
Seansy does not sell personal information. Information may be shared only as needed to provide infrastructure, authentication, subscription management, AI drafts when requested, WhatsApp opening when requested, legal compliance, security and service operation.
Security and Retention
Seansy uses Firebase Authentication, Firestore rules, optional device biometric app lock, platform security features and separation of sensitive notes where supported. Data is retained as needed to provide the service, maintain business records, comply with legal obligations and resolve disputes.
User Rights
Depending on location, users may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or withdrawal of consent. If you are a customer/client/patient of a business using Seansy, contact that business first because it controls the data entered about you.
Children
Seansy is for business use and is not directed to children. Businesses should not enter information about minors unless they have a valid legal basis and consent where required.
International Transfers
Service providers may process information in countries other than where users or customers are located. Appropriate safeguards should be used where required by law.
